Patient Forum

This group meets regularly.  It gives patients the opportunity to discuss ideas and information on the services the surgery provides.  It also provides a direct means of communication to patients and provides a sounding board for us to share information about planned changes to our service provision.  If you would like more information about this group, you can contact a member via Reception.
