Please download our Patient Survey Results for 2008/2009 to find out how our patients rated our practice.
A poster depicting the key findings of the 2008/09 survey is also displayed in our waiting area.
The patient survey was carried out in late 2008 and the results were collated and produced by an accrediated external organisation.
Questionnaires were completed for all of the 7 partners at the practice.
Phoning through to the Practice & Phoning through to the Doctor for advice. These 2 questions scored the highest number of points above the survey mean scores.
Scores greater than 10 points above the national benchmark for that area can be interpreted as a "high quality indicator".
These results indicate that the practice provides a high quality telephone and advice service - our "triage service". However, excellent results for doctors providing this telephone & advice service has a knock on effect on the scores for " continuity of care" and the "availability of particular doctors for routine appointments". The survey has therefore helped us to identify these two areas for improvement over the next year.
The results of this quesiton support the fact that patients are generally happy with the practices opening hours. See our current opening times.
