Teamwork - Counselling Programme and other supports
Our team of counsellors, based at our three centres in Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough, work with and support individuals with a range of needs and challenges – offering people an opportunity to work towards achieving their own goals.
We are able to help people with a range of issues such as anxiety and depression, loss and bereavement, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, mental health issues, work based stress and relationship issues.

Changing Minds - IAPT
In the Changing Minds IAPT Service, we help people aged 17 and half and over with mild to moderate depression and/or an anxiety disorder. We often work with carers and people with long-term conditions where anxiety and depression is the focus.

Relationship Counselling
We provide a confidential counselling service offered by professionally trained relationship counsellors to people with relational problems or difficulties.

First for Wellbeing - Emotional Wellbeing
Our Emotional Wellbeing service helps people to manage mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, and provides support to help people live the best life they possibly can. We also offer a range of services, courses and workshops for people interested in learning more about, or improving, their everyday emotional wellbeing, whether this be stress management, dealing with grief or coping with big changes or life events.

Kettering Mind Wellbeing Groups
